This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner as modified in the order dated 16.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2023 should report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the case has been taken on file by the Metropolitan Magistrate dealing with CCB cases at Egmore, Chennai and it is posted on 26.04.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Metropolitan Magistrate dealing with CCB cases at Egmore, Chennai 26.04.2023 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
