O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 02.09.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.G.Rajesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 12.01.2021 registered as document No.50 of 2021. That apart, the petitioner made an application seeking for sub-division and for issuance of patta in his name. Since the same was not aced upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 02.09.2024 and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
