(CRIME NO. 183 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for 2 months, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.4568 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4568 of 2022, dated 18.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly and that the final report is not yet filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer once in a week i.e., every Friday, until further orders.
