JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5257 of 2022 IN CRL OP.242/2022 APPUNU @ RAVIKUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, T-11 THIRUNINDRAVUR POLICE STATION, CHENNAI CRIME NO.1235 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.242 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 10.01.2022 till date.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 07.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.242 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
