ORDER
Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to effect mutation in his name in respect of the lands measuring 2.58 acres comprised in S.No.308/1, Giddampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering his petitions dated 03.07.2017, 24.09.2010 and 06.05.2015.
3. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 03.07.2017, 24.09.2010 and 06.05.2015, for the issuance of patta, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's representations, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.07.2017, 24.09.2010 and 06.05.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
