The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the second respondent Police for the offences registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.44 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners are shown as accused in Crime No.44 of 2023 for whom, interim anticipatory bail was granted by my learned predecessor. They had canceled the documents as directed. They had been dropped as accused and are now shown as witnesses for the prosecution.
3. In view of that particular fact, the anticipatory bail application would not lie and hence, the same is dismissed. 12.01.2024 vkr (1/2) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
