The petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.122/2024 registered by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC. After investigation, the respondent police has filed final report. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.

It is stated that the petitioner is accused in Cr.No.121/2024. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail with regard to FIR No.121 of 2024.
