Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent Government to issue necessary clarification to the first respondent Commission with regard to the acceptability of the petitioner's Disability Certificate of 100% low vision/Blindness and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to publish the marks scored by the petitioner in both the written and oral tests for the purpose of appointing him to the post of Executive Officer Grade-I in the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Board's Sub-ordinate Services.
