O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2015. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is one of the subscriber of the chit which was conducted by the proposed accused Mohan. He further submitted that he has obtained the signature in the document but he has not returned amount. He would also submitted that even though complaint has been given by the petitioner, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and closed. He further submitted that closure report has been furnished to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the alternative remedy in the appropriate forum.
