The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application seeking issuance of patta and pass orders on the same.

2. Mr. R. Vigneswaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner being an absolute owner of the subject property, had made an application on 09.08.2021 to the 2nd respondent through online seeking issuance of patta in respect of the said property. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner seeking issuance of patta and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection to the said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar to consider the application dated 09.08.2021 of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to the aggrieved persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
