Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2015, she has come up with this petition.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been given by post. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police in person and on such complaint being filed, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
