(CR.NO.592/2015) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner to report before any court of Madurai Jurisdiction instead of "report before Inspector of Police, Suchindram Police Station,kanyakumari daily at 10.30 am and 05.30 pm in CRL.OP.NO.18948/2019 order dated 19.07.2019 and to pass any other appropriate orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PURUSHOTHAMAN REDDY.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the order dated 19.07.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.18984 of 2019.

2. The bail condition imposed on the petitioner herein to stay at Kanyakumari and report before the Suchindram Police Station is hereby modified taking note of the medical report of the petitioner herein.

3. Hereinafter, the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this petition is modified. All other conditions remains unaltered.
