ORDER

Alleging that the order in W.P.No.4466 of 2015 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 07.06.2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 20.02.2019, the second respondent was also secured. The Tahsildar, Maduravoyal has also sent a communication to the District Collector in Na.Ka. No. 659/2018/A4 dated 8.1.2019 stating that only the property owned by the second respondent has been sold by him much prior to the order of this Court and does not have any means as of now.

3. Though the order passed in the writ petition certainly makes the petitioner entitled to the relief sought for, this Court is unable to proceed further in this contempt petition. If the petitioner is able to unearth any property standing in the name of the second respondent, he can bring it to the notice of the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal, who, in turn, shall take appropriate action under the Revenue Recovery Act.

4. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
