CRIME NO.324 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 3112 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 2649 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.3112 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2649 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation has not yet completed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
