Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the final answer keys published by the first respondent dated 8/3/2022 in its website in respect of the written examination conducted on 8/12/2021 AN session in respect of selection for filling up of 6 vacancies in the post of Lecturer in Production Engineering in Government Page No:1/4

Polytechnics pursuant to Notification No.14/2019 dated 27/11/2019 published by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to publish afresh the final answer keys including therein the answer keys claimed by the petitioner for the question Nos.25, 37, 46, 56, 90, 98, 99 13 under Part - A carrying one mark each and question Nos.34, 37 under Part - B along with corresponding text book references and other materials to support the said final answer keys and accordingly to revise the marks and to publish the same and further to direct the first respondent to publish the answer sheets/OMR sheets along with the revised final answer keys and thereafter only to call for certificate verification within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Advocate General submitted that since, the recruitment process has been completed, prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
