Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent NOT TO HARASS the petitioners on the false case given by Elangovan and others as a Counter Blast to the Complaint given by the Petitioners in C.S. R No. 212 of 2015 pending with the Respondent.

ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass them on the false case given by one Elangovan and others as a counter blast to the complaint given by the Petitioners in C.S. R No. 212 of 2015 pending with the Respondent.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.212 of 2015 against one Elangovan. The said Elangovan also seems to have given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a complaint against these petitioners. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioners can be given. If the petitioners are wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, they can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioners shall not be harassed. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
