..Respondent(s) Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to recompute and pay Additional Market Value at the rate of 12 percentage per annum under section 30(3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 from the date of publication of the section 3A(1) Notification, i.e., 21.11.2005 till the date of award, i.e., 15.09.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the differential additional market value amount of Rs.2,45,92,420.93/- within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Arbitrator.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to approach the arbitrator for the relief sought for in this writ petition. No costs.
