Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to refund a sum of Rs.54,500/- deposited during the pendency of Writ Petition in W.P. No. 2898 of 2013 based on the fact that no further proceeding initiated in compliance to the final orders passed in the Writ Petition dated 09.10.2014 and by considering the order of exemption granted as per the proceedings of Special Commissioner and Commissioner dated 05.05.1988 by considering the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 07.12.2015 along with interest and cost incurred by the Petitioner, within a fixed time frame.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that already order has been passed on 26.12.2019, wherein the decision has been taken to refund a sum of Rs.54,500/- to the Petitioner. Since the decision has been taken already, the Respondents are directed to comply with the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
