O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 25.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 10714 of 2021.

2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein it is stated that the request made by the petitioner in his representations dated 25.01.2019 and 03.07.2024 is considered and informed to the petitioner that his request is not feasible for compliance, as it is not in accordance with the statutory rule provisions and the same was served to the petitioner on 14.03.2025 under proper acknowledgement.

4. Based on the averments made in the counter affidavit, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the order of 2/4

the Court is complied with, in true letter and spirit by passing orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 25.01.2019 and 03.07.2024.

5. In view of the above factual position, as the representations of the petitioner has been considered and orders have been issued by the respondents on 13.02.2025 and it is communicated to the petitioner on 14.03.2025, in our considered view, the order of the Court is complied with and as such, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case.

6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

7. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 13.02.2025 issued by the first respondent in accordance with law in appropriate forum, if so adviced.
