This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 29.04.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1530 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to comply the order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents complied the order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman and made payment to the petitioner. 3.
