Order When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and a rejection order was passed. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
