This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the counter party.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint, the counter party was issued CSR No.223 of 2020 as against the petitioner and the enquiry was conducted and same was closed on 14.06.2020.
