ORDER
This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 954 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Mr.D.Nitin, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 954 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 954 days.
4. CMP No.12312 of 2025 is ordered, accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
