Having made a submission before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to have his representation dated 05.11.2024 to be considered, and in the consequential order also the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench has directed the competent authority among respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2024 (Annexure A-7) and pass an appropriate speaking and well reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, it is now not open to the petitioner to challenge the said order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, before this Court. Hence, we do not find any merit in the present petition.

2.This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
