ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. At the outset, he would submit that the petitioner has not submitted an online application with the respondents to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner's application seeking for grant of patta.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit, on instructions, that the petitioner is willing to submit an online application with the respondents, seeking for grant of patta and a direction is also issued to the respondents to consider the application on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent, seeking for grant of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On

receipt of the said online application, within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
