The writ petitioner is working as B.T. Assistant (Maths) in the third respondent School and on account of certain allegations, a charge memo was framed and after conducting an enquiry, the punishment of stoppage of increment for four years with cumulative effect was imposed by the third respondent in proceedings dated 18.03.2017. Challenging the order of punishment, the writ petitioner submitted an appeal, to the first respondent on 09.07.2017, which is yet to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Without going into the merits of the cases, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However no order as to costs.
