....RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Contempt Petition filed U/s 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to punish the Respondent herein for having disobeyed and violated the order of this Hon'ble Court by failing to implement the order dated 15.03.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.2017 of 2018.
The above Contempt Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.A.Damodaran, Advocate for the petitioner herein; and of the learned Government Advocae appearing for the respondent herein; and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of M.Shanthi, filed herein, the Court made the following order:-
"The learned Government Advocate on Instructions submits that the respondents are willing to comply with the order , if a month's time is granted.
Since there was a direction to the respondents herein to constitute a team of Police officials for the purpose of executing the direction in the order of this Court, the learned Government Advocate is directed file a status report on 05/10/2018.
