ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated

11.08.2014 passed in WP.No.21502 of 2014 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D) No.20 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 28.04.2016 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.08.2014 has been complied with. Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
