This Writ Miscellaneous Petition to bring on record and substitute the petitioners herein as the Legal Representatives in the place of the deceased Tmt. Malliga, the petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections to substitute the proposed petitioners in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.22735 of 2003.
