No. 810) confined in the Special Prison for Women, Vellore enabling her to meet and talk to her husband Mr.Sriharan alias Murugan, Son of Late Vetrivel (Ct.No. 12840) confined in the Central Prison, Vellore.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6 June 2020 and grant permission under Rule 525 of the Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1983 to the petitioner's daughter S. Nalini, Wife of Sriharan alias Murugan (Ct. No. 810) confined in the Special Prison for Women, Vellore enabling her to meet and talk to her husband Sriharan alias Murugan, Son of Late Vetrivel (Ct.No. 12840) confined in the Central Prison, Vellore, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has been resolved by permitting both the convicts to meet each other.

3.The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
