O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On our query, we find that apparently the petitioner has no expertise in the field to canvass what is sought to be submitted before us, i.e. the effect of some undesirable chemical as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

white agent in Maida. The issue, however, is important and our concern is that the cause does not get damaged because the petitioner has no expertise in the field.

2.We, at this stage, thus, only issue a direction for the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 to be examined by the first respondent by making his own research and enquiry in the field and if what is alleged is found to be correct, to proceed in accordance with law.

3.The necessary action be taken within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
