ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal / representation made by the

petitioner on 09.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta which stands in the name of the 4 th respondent and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners.

Heard Mr. R.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for 3 rd respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 09.03.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the 4 th respondent and orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
