This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.185 of 2013 in M.C.O.P.No.400 of 2007 dated 02.08.2014 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the M.C.O.P has been disposed of as early as on 02.08.2018. Hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and become infructuous.
