A.No.3064 of 2021 in C.S.No.616 of 2011 A.No.3064 of 2021 in C.S.No.616 of 2011 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This application is filed by the defendants 9 to 12 to discharge the partyreceivers who have been appointed by this Court to collect the rents in the suit schedule properties.

2. Inasmuch as the amounts have been collected and has been disbursed by the the party-receivers, their acts necessarily has to come to an end.

3. None of the parties expressed any objection for discharging the receivers.

4. Even though it is the receivers who have to move this Court for discharging themselves, inasmuch as they are the parties to the litigations, and since the other parties have no objection to discharge them, this Court has recorded and same, and accordingly A.No.3064 of 2021 is allowed, and all the three party-receivers (Mrs.B.Usha, Mr.S.Sivakumar & Mr.V.Kumar) are hereby discharged.
