ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order of the of the petitioner passed by the first respondent in ROC.No.7986/2022/PA4 dated 23.01.2023 and 30.01.2023 and not permitting the petitioner to retire.

2. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for both sides that the disciplinary proceedings are already over and enquiry officer has also given a report holding that all the charges found established as against the petitioner.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to submit further explanation, thereafter, the disciplinary authorities/Director, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, shall pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, 2/4
