These Applications have been filed to condone the delay of 279 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2. Heard Mr.V.Kirubanandam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr.Anbu Raja, learned counsel for respondent, who would submit that, he has no serious objection in allowing the above application.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the applications and being satisfied with the same; and also the fact that respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present petitions, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the applications are ordered as prayed for.
