2. The petitioners state that they are brickkiln owners and running their units on their respective patta lands. They seek to implead themselves as party respondents in the writ proceedings. They also come up with separate miscellaneous petitions seeking the relief of interim direction.

3. This court has perused the affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petition. On considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, this court is of the view that the petitioners are proper and necessary parties to the writ petition and therefore, the miscellaneous petition is ordered. The petitioners are impleaded as respondents 16 to 45 to the writ petition.
