The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file the above Criminal appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 03.01.2024 made in Crl.A.No.38 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Session Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to file the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 16.04.2024 for admission.
