ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 11.12.2025 to register a Complaint of misconduct and gross violations against the 2nd Respondent who issued fake life Certificate of the petitioner for the purpose of Registration of documents based on the petitioners general power of attorney and also got the sale deed registered in her favour from the said fake life certificate.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to canvass the pending suit between the parties. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
