O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition to extend the time for the payment of Rs.30,000/- as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7717 of 2020 on 20.05.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready".

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
