This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, dated 16.5.2014, in accordance with law. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 16.5.2014, relates to the general body meeting, scheduled to have been held on 25.5.2014, in respect of the Salem Sowrastra Vidhayasabai and Kalyana Mahal. Since the date fixed for holding of the general body meeting had already expired, the relief, prayed for in the present writ petition, has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
