ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in Crl.O.P.No.1812 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Virudhunagar and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a minimum of 30 days and thereafter, appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in Crl.O.P.No.1812 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks for relaxation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation almost completed and the petitioner has complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact, the petitioner complying the conditions regularly and the petitioner is directed appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar dated 07.02.2020 shall stand unaltered.
