ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06.06.2018 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore District in I.A.No.147 of 2015 in O.S.No.94 of 2014. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.94 of 2014 has already been dismissed as settled out of Court on 13.08.2020 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
