Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to sanction the amount dues of (i) Surrender of earned leave, (ii) salary due, (iii) amount of missing credit in GPF, (iv) House Rent Allowance variation amount, (v) incentive amount for 25 years and (vi) Uniform allowances by considering the representation dated 01.11.2014.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2014 pertaining to settlement of balance sum of terminal benefits due to him.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents, while sanctioning the terminal benefits, has not settled a sum of Rs.41,967/- to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 01.11.2014 to the respondents in this regard. Finding no response on the said representation, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Government Pleader [Forest] appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2014, if it is pending, and pass orders, on merits, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 01.11.2014 submitted by the petitioner, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
