ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 30.01.2019 made in I.A.No.1231 of 2016 in O.S.No.58 of 2013 passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.06.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties had taken change of vakalat on 19.01.2022 and also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and the mater stood adjourned to 21.06.2022.

3. Today(21.06.2022) when the matter was taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appeared in person nor had engaged any counsel to appear on his behalf. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Page NO:2/4
