Today, the above civil revision petition is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner invited the attention of this Court to para Nos.2 and 3 of the order dated 02.04.2024. The learned counsel would submit that in the said paragraph instead of stating respondent's property, it was wrongly typed as petitioner's property.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for correcting the above typographical error which needs to be rectified.

4. In view of the above, in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the following correction shall be carried out in the order dated 02.04.2024:- "any sale or encumbrance of the respondent's property to 3rd parties"

5. The above said correction shall be carried out in the order dated 02.04.2024 and the Registry is directed to issue corrected order copy to the parties concerned.
