2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 05.10.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Vetriselvan, the Inspector of Police, E-4, Abhiramapuram Police Station, Chennai is personally present before this Court today.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the investigation is over and the case is under the R.C.S stage, which has not yet been numbered by the trial Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
