Application No.1900 of 2023 has been filed to implead the applicant herein as the second defendant in the above suit.

2.Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection to the application being allowed and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the docket to the Judge's Summons.

3.Hence, the application is allowed and the applicant is impleaded as second defendant in the suit.

4.Necessary amendment may be carried out in the pending suit.
