CR.NO.2791 OF 2011 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12602 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.786 of 2016 by an order dated 13/09/2017 on condition that the shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai on the 1st day of every English Calendar Month, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.G.RAMAR Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12602 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.

786 of 2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12602 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.786 of 2016 dated 13.09.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai once in three months i.e. First working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
