CoD prayer is qua 412 days in re-presenting above CMA being CMA SR.No.7747 of 2023.

2. Ms.M.Shobana, learned counsel representing counsel on record for petitioner/appellant draws our attention to paragraph No.3 of the support affidavit which reads as follows:

'3. I submit the appeal was filed on 25.01.2023 and returned for compliances on Since the above appeal we have not received certified copy from lower Court and meanwhile the above file got mixed up with other bundles they could not be represented in time.' Page Nos.1/3

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, we are inclined to accept the aforementioned reason and accede to the CoD prayer.
